Workout of the Day

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
3 wall walks
6 thrusters
18 burpees over the barbell

Scaling:
This will be a grind. The total volume of this workout will challenge the best of us. The technical portion of the wall walks and thrusters will become a challenge as the fatigue settles in. The goal is to complete 5 to 6 rounds. Scale by lowering the wall walk volume or range of motion, and lowering the thruster weight.

Intermediate option:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
2 wall walks
6 thrusters
18 burpees over the barbell

95 lb
135 lb

Beginner option:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
3 inchworms + push-up
6 thrusters
12 burpees over the barbell

45 lb
65 lb

Since our bulletproof workout yesterday contained much of the movements and stimulus from today and I went harder than intended yesterday, I decided to scale much but add some weighted pull-ups. Did 12 more with 25# afterwards while moving more heavy stones in the backyard.

Yesterday I just elected to run a 5k.

Today was a little better but still not where I'd hope. Started at 185lbs but dropped to 155lbs.

Globo wod: sub 9 inchworms for wall walks if the globo doesn't allow them or the gym design doesn't allow for them. Dumbbell sub dumbbell front squats 50/75lb dumbbells (intermediate 35/50lb, scale as needed), and perform burpees over the dumbbells.
